Radia Interactives primary line of business is full solution, custom Internet software application development and related business consulting services. We were formed out of a desire to provide medium sized and smaller businesses with the ability to grow by way of web-enabled software solutions.

The challenges are unique for the mid-sized and smaller enterprise. That is why we are focused on helping these organizations become competitive on the web without the need to invest large sums of money or hire additional staff.

Radia is currently putting the finishing touches on a Data Warehouse application for The Fibre Box Association (FBA). The purpose of the “Data Warehouse” project was to increase the efficiency, accuracy and value of the data collected by FBA. In the area of efficiency we are looking to automated data collection from their member company information systems and the addition of online data collection tools. In the area of accuracy we are providing online tools for member companies to verify the data being transmitted. By increasing the efficiency and accuracy of reported data we expect the value of this information to increase as we make that information available to member companies in ways more relevant to their decision making processes.

Other projects we have recently completed for FBA include the addition of a system to anonymously report Wage and Fringe Benefit statistics for their member companies. This information is an invaluable tool to ensuring that companies are able to retain there valuable human resources by ensuring they are keeping pace with the industry with regards to employee compensation programs.
